The Hattiesburg location is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I purchased a dinning room table back in July. Didn't get it until about August due to a lack of communication. Table top has all kind of scratches, it's peeling, and has dents. One chair seat cushion wasn't put together or it was damage before hand. The whole set is pretty much damage. I've been calling for months and I've been getting the run around. I've been communicating with a The store manager supposedly and getting a new dinning table set as of last week. Yet to hear back from anyone so I called customer support to report the issue and get help. So to make a long story short Badcock have no record of me talking with anyone about this issue. I am livid. This store needs to to be completely shut down or get some kind of management with experience that know what the hell they're doing.

I purchased furniture almost a year ago. For the past 5 or 6 months I have contacted the store to come and fix my recliner. I've been getting the same story... they are low on the staff that can come and fix it but they promise they'll get to me. Well it's been a very very long time and my recliner is still broken. There's a thing call patience but I'm beyond having that right now. I will now start writing reviews everywhere I can to tell me story.

I am very well pleased with the 3 you g men who delivered my furniture! They were well mannered, professional, courteous and efficient and worked very good as a team. I was surprised to learn that they were all basically new employees. They went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction with, not only my furniture, but especially with their delivery. Khalil Osborne, Chris Wilson and Sawyer Smith all together get a 5 star rating as far as I’m concerned! And with me, That’s not easy! Thank you all for the way you treated my furniture with care and how you treated me with the utmost respect!!

Jake was very helpful and was a delight to work with. He listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew I was a lil stressed and had a headache and offered to share his lunch with me.... I accepted! I will definitely be returning to furnish my daughter's new home! Thanks Jake ! See you soon😉

Jake makes our purchases easy. We were in an emergency situation on our first purchase, and he went above and beyond by delivering an item personally the night before the delivery team could make it to our home. They ask how our family is every time I am in the store or I call, and it’s not just a part of their sales strategy as they have proven that they actually care about their customers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
