Perfect store I been with them for years working on my thirty four account and they go over and beyond the call some of these negative reviews is ridiculous and shameful. The treat me like family their stuff is high quality. If your stuff starts breaking down after you pay it off it's not fault of home choice it's because you did something to cause so don't give them an negative review . I'm grateful for all of you and thank you for amazing job you have done.
They great to get stuff from but when they say your first on list for delivery between 10 am an 11 am its now just about 2 pm an still nothing I have food that needs to be in fridge, cooler can only last so long
I was told by the manager Matthew or that Homer Choice would stop charging me for furniture that I purchased in February 2022 and returned it to them in February 2023. My disabled daughter and I were displaced due to a fire in the building caused by another tenant. At the beginning of our contract, our heavily wrapped furniture was torn on the arm of the couch by their delivery men while delivering it into our apartment. I was told that we would no longer be charged for the furniture if I signed the form indicating our voluntary return of the furniture. In my best understanding of the outcome of our transaction, they lied. They didn't stop the charges. I received several phone calls for continued payment and it is now being reflected on my credit as a negative late debt. I pray to God that these people honor their transactions with the non-suspecting future customers.
We have been going there for about 6 -7 years and everybody there has always been very helpful. Recently I've been working with Mitch a lot and he has gone out of his way trying to get me what I want. If there is anything that you need any help with anything that you need I recommend Mitch!
Bought many items over the years recommended many friends. Our fridge was still under warranty and the door fell apart. They scheduled an appointment. Nobody showed up. They rescheduled appointment for two weeks out. Guy comes in looks at door schedules another appointment. Few weeks later another company comes out and orders a new door. And we wait. For weeks. Finally we call the second company and they said they have the door but home choice will not honor their warranty. It would cost them too much to fix our fridge so they won’t. Home choice calls it a wear and tear part. Who the heck wears out a fridge door??? Home choice said and I quote” they will sell us a new fridge” Hey jerks you lost a loyal customer and we will buy a new fridge some where else. You should get NO STARs.. liars!!
