I purchased a refrigerator back in November of 2024 and it went bad may 2025. I brought 400$ worth of groceries that went bad. I called and talk with the manager he let me know there's nothing he can do about it but to go purchase a cooler. The warranty company didn't show up a until 2 weeks later. They are selling refurbished items and making it seem like its brand new.

After I pay off my washer and dryer I will not be ordering again. It’s all good during the sales part of the experience, then you get to see how unpleasant staff is if your product has any problems with set up or needing to be fixed. Also if you have a gfi don’t get a washer and dryer from them.
