Been going to this location for a couple years now. Never had any issues with the products. When having a user issue their team has always been available to troubleshoot the issues. Lauren Wogatzke, the boss lady herself has been fantastic. Yall don’t pay this woman enough. Always friendly and helpful. I will continue to use the services they provide and send people to do the same!

Been going here for some time now I’m on my fourth item. Everything’s been great. They always seem to work with me and they always seem to have good deals. Not sure what happened to James but the new management is pretty cool.

RAC is by far a pretty amazing place to do business with. The gentleman I've dealt with the past few times has been absolutely wonderful and very understanding to my situation. I had been late on our payment for the TV we are renting from them die to me being in the hospital and I stayed in contact with them, letting them know when I 0lanned on hopefully making my payment. When finally going in and being able to pay, I was treated with respect and absolutely no attitude, and he even gave my daughter a quarter so she could get the gumball she was begging me for. So thank you Rent A Center, Niles for being such an awesome company to do business with!

Mr Adam went above and beyond to help me, he even worked past closing to make sure I got my TV. Super thrilled. Awesome experience

Went in looking for a bed and all the mattresses had nasty stains. I than went on to looking at stoves and oh my grossness. Great every where. Will not being doing business there and service sucks. We were in there 10 minutes before someone talked to us as the manager just sat in her office. 5 thumbs down!
