this is by far the highest quality rent to own the payment may be a bit higher but u pay it off faster , and the customer service is great , and if u are gonna be a little late with a payment u just call and they do what ever they can to help out , and for the people that gave them bad review u were probably trying to scam or not pay for your stuff. I have bought all my furniture from them they are fair , honest , reliable , and they excpect the same and if u r a good customer they are great !!!!

RAC is by far a pretty amazing place to do business with. The gentleman I've dealt with the past few times has been absolutely wonderful and very understanding to my situation. I had been late on our payment for the TV we are renting from them die to me being in the hospital and I stayed in contact with them, letting them know when I 0lanned on hopefully making my payment. When finally going in and being able to pay, I was treated with respect and absolutely no attitude, and he even gave my daughter a quarter so she could get the gumball she was begging me for. So thank you Rent A Center, Niles for being such an awesome company to do business with!
