I love RAC Edge is the main reason I go there but everyone I have interaction with has been very friendly and polite I recommend RAC on Sherman anytime for any of your rental needs. Hands down the best

I don't get it ,, you know who I am , and where I live you even been in my house , if I'm having a medical emergency at the time I'm paying my bill !! Why can't I use your rest room ,, I think that is bad customer service think what you want I don't care , you don't care enough about me , ,, 🥺

My spouse was assaulted by an employee and then we hit a struggle and needed time to make payments but time was not given. Now have a small claims case. We are going to look into suing for the assault from an employee and look at criminally charging the employee as we have it on video. They need to learn what a disability is and understand sometimes that prevents people from working.

Woke up to a flat this morning and needed it fixed in a hurry. I’m so thankful for Ron and his team for the magic they worked for me today. I was able to leave the repair shop with 4 new tires and be back on my way to work in no time. So impressed with their professionalism, their compassion and their efficiency in getting me taken care of when I needed it the most. Can’t recommend them enough. Great guys over there!
