Went there yesterday, never notified what was going on. Wife called last night and was told would call her right back. Never did. This morning at 11 she called back and was told didn't deliver to our area, 15 miles away, would have been nice to know that when we ordered and had to give up all of our information. Would not recommend!

I went in to rent a new gas range. I got there at 11:00 on Saturday and when we were doing our paperwork I asked when we could get it. The fella behind the counter said “between 2:00 and 5:00 today”. That was great. I sat at home till 4:15 then I called and the Mgr told me that they were just waiting for the driver to get back and he would send it right out. It is now 7:30 I gave up 2 hours ago and it being Saturday I know it isn’t coming tomorrow so my Father’s Day homemade dinner is not going to happen. They lied to me twice in one day and they had my wife fill out a positive review while we were still there and gave us 3 free weeks rent. This place sucks, the staff sucks, and they lie. Do not rent from The Monroe store. Also the positive reviews are written for a reward.

I have purchased 3 large household items and am currently leasing a television. Since I do not have the cash on hand to purchase these items outright. Very convenient way to shop. The staff at the Monroe,Michigan store are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to family and friends.

Simply stated the friendliest staff in the business! I enjoy the great small talk and unbelievable service I get every month. I have been a customer of other rental places in the past and after working with these guys there is no other option in my opinion. Rich is phenomenal and along with Derek and Mary make you feel important. Ever call or visit. Bottom line if you need to rent to own don't even bother shopping around. These guys are the best in town.

We had great service when we bought our living room and bedroom sets, we are very pleased with the quality and prices as well. The salesmen and delivery guys were very nice and went beyond our expectations. We definitely will be going back in the future. A huge thanks to woodville rental of Monroe!
