Just to verify if my previous due dates on 6/27/26 for my weekly tv payment and my biweekly washers due on 6/27/26 I make a payment if my next weekly payment is due on 7/04/26 riddle me this how is my biweekly payment due on 7/04/26 ??? I’d like a corporate or general manager to review all payments make sure my “extended caught up date “ isn’t me being charged because somehow I made 3 biweekly payments in June .. with 4 weeks ???? I feel like I’m being charged weekly on my biweekly we all know RAC don’t let you go 2 weeks past due 100 calling me due date I will never use them again !!!!!!’ Yes I have all receipts and transactions in my cards…never again RAC !!!!
Lured me in with a $10 promo, then told me I needed $125 to rent for one week before I could get my item. Bait and switch.
In my opinion, worst Rent a Center location in the entire country because of Nick. He will talk to you and treat you like garbage if you miss a payment. I tried to set up a date to have the item picked up, while admittedly very late on payment, and he tried saying “no we’re coming to get the item Today boss.” Who is he to tell me when I’m going to hand over the item out of my own home?? Late by a day or late by a month, he works for a business and should uphold the standards of said business. Is it standard protocol for rent a center to treat the customer like they’re being shaken down? He treats the items as if they’re his personally and you owe him. I’m never shopping with rent a center again exclusively because of him. I’ve since taken my business to Aaron’s, I’m way happier.
I feel like I paid way too much money for a washer but the customer service from the Monroe store was excellent. Josh the manager was very accommodating.
Things have been great until an employee by the name Nick verbally disrespected me and my home but degrading and unprofessional stating "im mad I can't pay my bill " when the matter at hand was about references not payment. I will not be using this location again. He needs some customer service training.
They have Amazing staff. They Work with you and always find what you need/want. I have not had one bad interaction with them ever. I have been a customer for quite a few years now.
