My husband and I have been with them for years and evern way back then everyone has every helpful and respectful in the store and when delivering to the house,if something needed fixed they came right away gave us a spare til ours was fixed just had Paul and John deliver a new dryer today thank you guys will continue doing business with yous sorry forgot if it was John AorB that came here today 🙂
My new washer is so quiet I have to look to make sure it's washing, I am very satisfied so far. The service was awesome Ben sold me the washer and he was very informed. Paul and Benjamin delivered our adjustable bed frame this morning. Great guys. They arrived when they said they would and were respectful, efficient, and friendly. They explained the ‘need to know’ stuff and we appreciated them!

I had a Continental rental in Manistee squeeze me in to deliver a refrigerator out on December 22, 2025. The two men that delivered the refrigerator, Paul and Benjamin I cannot express how professional they were with dealing with this very large refrigerator. They took their time make sure everything was right and very very high praise is for them. Also customer service.
