I would not recommend using their Lansing store. I put in for a computer last night and got a call this morning telling me that my Aunt, which is the homeowner needs to be on the lease with me which is stupid because she’s not the one using the computer and I’m the one paying for it would not recommend this location.

Very bad customer service they talk to you like you’re slow ! and like they are entitled to details they aren’t entitled to and they over explain like just answer my questions!

I Had The Best Experience With this location Jolisa Went above and beyond to assist with my approval process and also made sure I was able to get the items that I was searching for Her customer service skills were very prompt & helpful She definitely made my experience with renting from this location a 5 Star Experience if anyone is looking for a location that provides clear information a location that goes above and beyond for the customers this is your location & Ask for Jolisa !! 🙂

Here I come to rave about Kipp as well. Been doing business with this RAC for a little over 2 years now. Both of the items ive purchased I still LOVE to this day. If you have a good rapport with them Kipp is always willing to work with his returning customers and get them a great deal when they are looking for furniture or electronics if he can. Lost my job at one point and he was patient and allowed me the leeway I needed in order to get caught back up. Highly recommend this RAC and even more than that I highly recommend doing business with Kipp! He's THAT GUY! Thank you Kipp for always being helpful and for creating the ease that makes coming back pleasant.

This place is ridiculous you make a payment and they still show up to your house that makes no sense this is why I will be paying off my items and I will never use Rent-A-Center again Aaron's is better to go through.
