Got a couch back in February even pay monthly for warranty when I asked to see the couch they couldn’t show me cause the back room was completely full but said it was great condition and it would be cleaned upon arrival! The couch was NEVER CLEANED still has gum looking stuff stuck to the arm of the chair & covered completely in dog hair! I asked for new cushion covers to be ordered due to the ware and tear on these ones I mean that’s why we pay an extra monthly charge for warranty right? Ordered back when I got the couch and Andrew has been nothing but a complete attitude and NO HELP AT ALL! Well now Joel is saying talk to Andrew he’s not dealing with it! Very poor customer service and I will be sending the couch back! I will never do business with this company again! Highly upset with the service I received from this company!

Aarons went above and beyond to make sure I had a good running laptop that I was satisfied with and with easy payments
They customer service is horrible! The entire staff needs to be replaced ASAP! They are complete stalkers , they don’t explain anything correctly nor clearly, they treat their customers like they are nothing!

Just purchase a couch from here and the 2 gentleman delivering it did a horrible job trying to get it in my apartment then they just became lazy and said forget it won't fit and left. I waited two weeks for the delivery. After calling the store back the general manager then lied about having money to refund me for my troubles. After making me very upset to the point that I'm yelling in the phone he then said come get your money. Don't ever go to Aarons go to Rent a center much better customer service and experience.

If you buy a gas dryer from here, be prepared to have the right fittings for the dryer, because they won't hook anything up. They claim they need a license to hook up the gas line, so they expect you, the homeowner with no gas license, to hook it up, which you don't need a license for. I hook up appliances for a living, and I know you don't need a license to hook it up, but you need to know how. If you don't, be prepared to pay for someone to come hook it up for you, and that's usually another $150. Don't buy from this franchise; it's not worth the headaches.
