If you're going to rent to own Continental is the way to go! I had a TV that I was renting from them and had a factory defect unfortunately not their fault. But they did send out a team immediately that brought me an even bigger TV at no charge that I was able to use until they fixed mine. Melissa the management there is wonderful to deal with! She'll take care of you and make sure that you're all set ,and all your needs are met. Lee , amber ,and Isaac are the people that deliver. They really went above and beyond to get me my new TV back out and get it all set up. Amazon I wasn't really happy with because they did charge me again for an account that already existed. Which I had to straighten out later. But had nothing to do with Continental. I'm not a real tech savvy person but they even sent Lee out again to make sure that I got it set up. They really help me out. I used to go to Rent-A-Center till I found this place. I'm going to tell you Continental has a better selection as well as a better staff! They really went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them all enough! Melissa the management such a wonderful wonderful person! Melissa ,Amber, Abby ,Lee ,and Isaac as well as all the rest of staff there are really wonderful people to have help you! They're very knowledgeable on their products and they'll get you going in the right direction in case something happens! I have to say my overall experience with them has been extremely extremely good! I'll never go to Rent-A-Center again after dealing with them! I can't thank Continental and the staff enough! Go on in ,and tell them Joey sent you in. They're going to take good care of you trust me! Thank you Continental, THANK YOU! YOU GUY'S ROCK!

My son, Chris, has been renting from Caro Continental for many years now. I called to see if they had a cheaper option for a pc than a gaming pc and she called me back with a much better option. They are great to work with.

Melissa is the rudest, doesn’t know how to communicate with the public, yelling in front of a child, human I have ever come across. No professionalism from her at all. I work with mental health population daily and have seen kinder people from my meanest. I would never entertain the Caro building. Communication is key no matter what the issue. Mean people suck.
Melissa and Gary were knowledgeable and quickly delivered and set up stove will purchase again
