Owner Cullie and staff member Kevin are rude and dishonest. They’ve not only charged a credit card without authorization, but I’ve been harassed on a daily basis since a major health crisis.

After going through the uhaul website to rent a uhaul only to realize they never gave me any information on how to get the keys or pay. Luckily my son noticed Jason just happened to be inside working on his day off. Uhaul customer service failed several times throughout the day but the local businesses stepped up when uhaul couldn't figure it out.

Thank you for working hard to find me an enclosed trailer. He was polite and professional. He found one and tried for half an hour to hook me up , but the trailer was not safe. The people who dropped it off did not tell him the lights were not working. I could not rent it ,but thank you for trying so hard.

Currently the worse company ever don't trust them I used my card made a payment for a friend. Jason saved my card. And used it to take more money knowing I don't have an account with them so I'm still out 99 a lot of money to be ripped off. Call them and he claims its a miscommunication how when I authorized a one time payment.
