Everyone was super knowledgeable from the time I walked into the Cadillac location to the time they delivered my portable dish washer to my house. The gentleman working the counter at the store, Brian, was able to get the exact machine I wanted. He walked me through the contract, walked me theough the referal process, and assured they would be able to deliver the unit without any problem. Delivery was especially important to me as I'm 8 months pregnant and cannot lift. Delivery day came, had the spot all ready for James and Taylor to bring it in and set it up. They wheeled it in with no hassles, issues, or complaints. It was 90⁰ and humid outside. They had to lug it up two steps and through a tight corner as soon as they got it through my back door. James went through the contract signing with me and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Continental to everyone. The service wss outstanding. Very hard to come by these days.
I have been going to Continental in Cadillac Michigan for a little over 9 years Brian was my delivery driver now a store manager and I just had a washer and dryer dropped off by James and Taylor there's two delivery guys this company has showed what true customer service always goes above and beyond if I need something I tell them the color a few days later it's there no questions if you want great customer service and people who cares this is the place you want to be
The team at Continental are awesome. James was awesome explaining the paperwork to my son so that he understood what he was saying about the lease. Ive heard and experienced nothing but greatness from the company
James and Malachi were excellent with their delivery. Very helpful and kind through the process of delivering my new fridge and range. I'd recommend the Cadillac continental over any other continental or rent to own place!!
James and Taylor are the best. They came to my home on time if not early! The two were also very thorough with set up he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I’m very satisfied with the installation thank you so very much, your time was appreciated!
