Everytime I need a large item I go to universal. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful and it's seems to me they just really wanna help you. I gotten so many items from them from a stove to a washer dryer set along with other things. Its the only rent to own place I recommend.

Cody and Mike are amazing! We were do to have our washer delivered at 2pm on Saturday! Cody called and asked if we were available for an earlier delivery! We said the earlier the better ! They said they would be here by 10 am and they were ! They made it so easy ! Two very professional gentleman came in hooked it made sure everything was tight and rite . All we can say is thank you! They both made it so easy !
