This new store manager that replaced Jose ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! 100%!!! Sold my boyfriend a defective "brand new air conditioner" maybe a month ago- the thing was still under warranty. It stopped blowing cold air- filter is clean, was shooting ice chunks out.... She said it's our fault we ran it too much- last week we had an excessive heat warning for three days in a row. That piece of crap air conditioner should have handled that. All we did was run it because it is dangerously hot outside. Now this manager is refusing to give us a working one because there are NONE in the district- should be their job to make sure they are fully stocked for the summer, oh and did I forget to mention IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY?! This store sucks- the manager has no customer service skills at all and after all of this you guys are losing two customers that spent a lot of money through you guys because of your new manager. ******UPDATE!!!! They delivered a different AC unit and this manager instructed the delivery driver NOT TO HELP PUT IT TOGETHER OR INSTALL it. She proceeded to tell my boyfriend on the phone "usually I back up my customers but you lodged a complaint." It's 90° in here. My boyfriend just went into cardiac arrest last summer now he's trying to put this thing together
I will never do business with this store ever again. I had year lease been over a year. I get an email saying I owe $140 then a few days later I’m told i owe $180. Now I’m told my account is expired and I have to return something that’s paid off. Jose total bad management. Surprise they sent still get business. For now on if I want anything will go Aaron. Rent a Center lost mine my family and friends business forever. Believe me I tell everyone how bad I’m treated by a business.
I have used Rent-a-Center in the past and this is BY FAR the worst one and I will never go back. Very POOR communication. Was told that auto-payments come out and then the last one would finish off. Then when seeing that payments were still being taken out after being "paid off" I called. They told me i have to give permission to have the last payment taken out. I was never told I have to call for the last payment. Then they jumped my bill up twice the amount that was actually due. I have never had this kind of issue before and I will not be going back. Very disappointed
I have been renting from Store 4317 for several years. Jose R. has gone above & beyond for me & my family whenever I've needed anything or when I've run into financial problems. Jose R. worked with me to get me back on track. He's extremely hard working and very professional. Jose R. always been a pleasure to talk too, and very polite. I had recent issue with my account and Jose fixed it immediately for me, he deserves a promotion. He was absolutely amazing. Not bad on the eyes either(personal opinion).
Loved my experience here!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff - they made me feel welcome and comfortable and definitely go the extra mile to make sure I get the product I'm looking for. I wanted a specific laptop with an Intel processor and that's exactly what I got. I am very happy with the service provided and I love my new computer desk and laptop. Will definitely be back in the future!
