Had a great experience but repo had to come but they were nice about it I promise
Ebee was a wonderful delivery man. He brought my sectional and recliner in by himself! Very friendly made sure I was happy. And I WAS! My sectional was the perfect fit and very comfortable.
I wouldn't give it a 1 star. But my only option was that. I moved from Va and had already rented with this company in Va so hey I thought why not stay with them. But the Dundalk location is the worst store to rent from. I was lied to several times. I had picked out a bedroom set and was told it was going to be delivered on a certain day and no one showed up I had to call them and find out what happened. They didn't have the bed at all and weren't going to call me to let me know. I picked another bed set and was promised I would get my mirror for the dresser NEVER DID. The headboard didn't fit and was flopping back and forth on the wall. After I complained about it they had someone come out to try to rig it to the frame. After they finished, I sat on the bed and it came back off the frame. They can't keep managers in their store. They don't communicate with each other. You speak with one person and make an agreement then someone else calls about the same thing with a rude attitude. I will never rent from this location ever again. Sent all of it back..
They will try and sell you the dream!!Save your money , the furniture here is not high-end but is sold at high-end costs. A TV is a TV a dime a dozen. And if your a day late on your payments they will blow your phone up , definitely feels harassing. If your furniture breaks you still have to pay for it regardless. And it seems like the payments are Neverending most going to "insurance " not towards the principal..
The manager Keith I believe is his name was very rude when I had a family emergency and try to explain that to him very insensitive to what I was going through. And they sold me a heater that was deliver to me without a box. And now does not work and it hasn't been a year since I bought it. When I call to see how can they help me they said they can not do anything because I already paid it off ($300!) Worse experience I had. NEVER making business with rent a center again.
