My fridge wasn't cooling. Called RAC and they were here within the hour with a brand new GE. Say what you want about rent to own. Use it, buy it, return it, it's my choice. Great service, easy to deal with and Lee knows hiw to run a business. Thumbs-up!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Portland, ME Rent-A-Center. My thanks to Lee, to Bruce, and the entire team for their kindness, courtesy, and for going above and beyond. Thank you. Will be sending everyone your way!

Worst company ever! Over 100 payments in, and I am get phone calls about being a day late or even a week late. If you want to feel better about paying a crazy dollar amount for the pos furniture they sell, do like I do and pay in pennies. Remember, it's still legal tender, so count your pennies and bring em in one big bag. Don't let them tell you to roll them. It's not your job. Also, they do send people over your house, so I suggest getting a very large dog or putting a restraining order on them so they can no longer do that. They are not your friends, and they lie about prices to have you sign some bs deal that really never was legit in the first place. I suggest calling them every hour on the hour just to check in and see what they are doing. Also, DO NOT FORGET YOUR PENNIES. EVERYONE START BRINGING THEM PENNIES. IT WILL HELP THEM OUT!!!

Lee runs this store the way, I imagine, corporate would call perfect. Any question or issue you have him and the rest of the team will address super quickly. He really does go well above and beyond to establish & maintain great relationships and help the customer with anything he can. Everyone there deserves the 5 star rating and Lee deserves a 5 star personal review, too. Highly recommend this store if you're in the market. Thanks for everything!

I now own multiple items from the store and I have to tell you. It’s the best rental experience I’ve ever had the manager Lee and a customer service agent named Bruce are the most flexible and understanding people that I’ve ever met in this type of business they’ve helped me multiple weeks where I haven’t been able to afford the payment due to unexpected Circumstances, all I had to do was call and explain and they literally waived the payments for those weeks. They do everything they can to make sure that you end up owning their products. great company! highly recommend!!!!!!oh yeah!!! This message is for Lee directly! Bruce is always pleasant and helpful! Goes above and beyond! That man should get a raise!!!
