I now own multiple items from the store and I have to tell you. It’s the best rental experience I’ve ever had the manager Lee and a customer service agent named Bruce are the most flexible and understanding people that I’ve ever met in this type of business they’ve helped me multiple weeks where I haven’t been able to afford the payment due to unexpected Circumstances, all I had to do was call and explain and they literally waived the payments for those weeks. They do everything they can to make sure that you end up owning their products. great company! highly recommend!!!!!!oh yeah!!! This message is for Lee directly! Bruce is always pleasant and helpful! Goes above and beyond! That man should get a raise!!!

My fridge wasn't cooling. Called RAC and they were here within the hour with a brand new GE. Say what you want about rent to own. Use it, buy it, return it, it's my choice. Great service, easy to deal with and Lee knows hiw to run a business. Thumbs-up!!
