Louise was there to totally brighten our day when our freezer quit today. All that food loss on top of a purchase is beyond stressful. They gave us broke funturie and made us pay full price for it been waiting three months to get a bed frame replaced was told it would be two weeks but rhree months later still nothing ubdate still paying full prce for broke stuff they dont fix things they just make u pay full price or take other things back so u can pay the full payoff amont

We've purchased most of whats in our home thru you. Everything was fine til our most recent agreement/purchase. You and your ads preach no credit checks?! Why did you do one on me?I still have the letter! Thomas saw it himself. Won't deal with you guys again

I've rented from rent the center now for almost 2 years my payment is over a $130 a week for the items that I have I recently got a washer and dryer from them because mine crapped the bed I called them today but I have it on the dryer 3 times before it is good I heard the manager which her name was Samantha in the background telling me she wasn't going to give any money or any discounts I think this place is a croc They're very expensive and they're not willing to work with you they also told me that I need to wait 8 weeks to figure out a new idea for a washer and dryer Samantha was highly rude for a manager and I can't believe she is a manager of the store I hope somebody does something to correct that terrible store bad management in Holton go to Aaron's if u need anything they r much better
