Brewer Rent-A-Center you guys are awesome! The last 3 months have been the hardest time my family has ever gone thru financially, mentally and emotionally and every other way you can imagine. Today you treated myself and my husband with such kindness, understanding, compassion as well as dignity & respect you have been more then patient with our account and I just wanted to say Thank You again. I recommend Brewer Rent-A-Center 100% To anyone My family has purchased & paid off a fridge a generator as well as a laptop and almost a phone and we have had quality service every single time.I give them 5 stars not just for being a Great & convenient business but also having The BEST customer service that I have ever personally experienced thru doing business with a company. The number one thing for anyone to remember when dealing with a company like Rent-A-Center is to always keep a open line of communication between yourself and them. We had a freezer failure August 1. I called them at noon and they had a new upright available. We bought it and it was delivered at 4:00 that afternoon saving all the food in our full freezer. Excellent customer service. I will absolutely do business with them again…And they answer their phone. Very difficult to find that these days. Thank you Brewer RentaCenter.
