Great Customer Service — They Made It Right with a New Samsung TV Sorry it took me a little while to update this, but I wanted to share the outcome of my experience. I had been renting a TV from the Rent-A-Center in Belfast, ME, paying $50 every two weeks for about five months. The TV worked perfectly the entire time, and I always took good care of it. Unfortunately, the day after I made my final payment, the TV completely failed — it wouldn’t power back on at all. At first, I was really frustrated and disappointed, especially since I had just finished paying it off. I reached out to the store, and while it took a little back-and-forth at first, they ultimately came through and made the situation right. They replaced my broken TV with a brand new 50-inch Samsung, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Things don’t always go perfectly, but what matters most is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Rent-A-Center stepped up and resolved the problem for me, and I really appreciate that. I’m very happy with my new TV, and I would recommend this location based on the way they handled the situation in the end.
Love this place they never seem to let me down when I get something from them. They are always nice and polite to us and if we need help with our account they always are there to help us. I like this and a shout out to aaron aaron, cunningham and matthew. They all did a good job. I hope that they get award for doing so good at what they do. It's not easy doing that line of work, but they do it and they do it with a smile on their face and they do it, right?we just want to say thank to the Belfast Rent A Center from the Downing's
We are visiting Maine and needed something for my mom to sleep in while she recovered from surgery. Belfast RAC was super helpful, affordable, communicative and efficient (so far!🤞🏼). From the national rep who took info on Sunday via text to Aaron who processed the request and delivery and payment much earlier Monday AM than I anticipated, to the delivery by 3pm! It is a blessing when you need something and you are able to get exactly what you need and it’s hassle free! That kind of peace of mind deserves a 5 star review! Thank you.
They always welcome me,call me by my first name. It's very nice to walk in and be known as a customer. I hadn't been back for months and I was remembered. Appreciate that
