I was lied to about not being charged for autopay, when I was charged $14.00 for this feature. For a total charge of $45.00. The store rep. Has did nothing but lie about the contract and paying this item off. Once I doing the early payoff, I will not be doing business with rent-a-center again. They are not trustworthy. Sorry

They don’t care what goes on in your life no matter if you show them proof no matter if you going through a rough patch , they do not work with you , they are very ugly and have bad attitudes and very unprofessional , once I pay for the items I have left I will never go to them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all

Very shady experience overall.. the store associates were very unprofessional, the store “Manager” Joe was super disrespectful and unprofessional and did not represent the company the way he should have as a “manager”… my boyfriend and I rented somethings from this store and the store manager “Joe” went as far as cursing at my boyfriend to come and pick up the merchandise due to a late payment which my boyfriend communicated with him prior to being late. I would not recommend doing business at this store. It was a distasteful experience from the start to the end! Happy we no longer are doing business with these ruthless people!

The experience online was easy and amazing. In the office it was tedious and no one was available to speak to me during to employee meeting. I walked out and finished my order in the car I’m 5 minutes.L

They harass you about nonpayment on the due date of payment. I had autopay set up but I keep my card locked, so it declined, before I could even go to unlock my card they were already calling my phone & continuously trying the card. Kiwolski leaves messages in a very aggressive tone to my phone all day long . Next pay I had to order a new card so I was late 3 days paying, they were already showing up to my house to pick up the merchandise. They don’t show you any grace. Also my bill is $76 every two weeks but somehow my total is always $93 . They are charging $6 for autopay, so I unerolled. Even after I unenrolled they were still charging my card, not allowing me to go & make the payment myself. These people are money hungry, no consideration for their customers at all .
