We were hoping to find a Murphy bed, but this particular store did not have them available. It gave me the impression of being more of a rent-to-own establishment.

Never again!!!!! I came over here with one of my friends so she could find a couch for her apartment. We get there and NOBODY came to help us. Constantly said "I'll be with you in a second." They continued to play around at the service desk and not ask us anything!!! We had to go up to the service desk to get someone to help us. When it came time to pay they asked for my ID. I gave them my ID and as I handed them the card they asked whose name was on the card and I explained how my dad gave me the card to pay for the couch since he had work. They continued to tell me that my dad had to be there with his ID in order to get the couch. My dad then had to leave his job to come pay for the couch. Fast forward to the next day when the couch came in, the delivery driver said that he forgot the pillows at the store and he would bring them back later. They NEVER brought the pillows back. My friend calls the store and they said that it never came with pillows and that we paid in cash. My friend then goes to the store to ask them where the pillows are and they see the same pillows on a whole other couch. They eventually got the pillows. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!!!!!!

This place is horrible and unprofessional. If you have furniture from them, I would advise you to return it ASAP. They lie to you constantly, want you to pay for damaged furniture that they were supposed to swap out months ago. It’s best to buy your furniture outright. I bought new furniture outright from another facility.

BEWARE RENTERS!!! THE PRICE ON THE FURNITURE IS NOT WHAT YOUR MONTHLY RENT WILL BE!! YOU CAN EXPECT THE PAYMENTS TO BE $20-$25 MORE THAN THE PRICE POSTED ON THE FURNITURE. THEY WILL ADD INSURANCE AND VARIOUS OTHER CHARGES OVER THE DISPLAYED PRICE. ASK BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT!!!!!

It's been since August when I put a down payment on a sofa and loveseat. Well, I ended up not being able to go in, and they were supposed to issue a refund of my $49. Well, here it is 4 months later and still no refund. I have spoken to 4 different employees at the Castille location, and they all said the same thing : let me talk to my manager, and I will call you right back. I literally have no tolerance for liars. When this happened a while back with Rent-A-Car, my refund was issued right away. I guess I know who the honest company is now.
