Unprofessional give you the runaround we’ve purchased a $5000 DJ system from them. It didn’t work more than two weeks. Something back to them took them a month to send it off while still trying to charge plus when you call them and ask them for an update no one knows what’s going on. This is the worst place to deal with.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!! Talk about price gouging people. Found the same sectional for half the price elsewhere. They kept trying to get me to buy by finance instead of paying out right. Never again

I've tried calling 3 times for a store manager and someone pick it up and hung up each time. 🤦‍♀️ I was calling for more info on an item I found online. We though of getting a contract with them but not really sure I want to go with a company that is this rude. Hangs up on you and such. If your busy ask for a number and offer a call back. Normal customer service skills and entirely more respectful to potential customers. 👌
