Recently got a lawnmower from Aaron’s cut my grass twice and it stopped working it would shut off for no reason when you were trying to shift to drive or turn the blade on. So, they came pick it up can gave us one to borrow but the kicker is the one they have us borrowing is doing the same thing but added bonus there is smoke coming out the back. So I called Aaron’s to inform the them and the manager blames us for doing something wrong and that we don’t know how to drive a lawn mower. So, I tell him to cancel my contract and come pick up the loaner in which he proceeds to hang up on me.

Moved here from across the country my bank blocks AARONS as an unsecured merchant, i told them that. Lloyd, the store manager who always has a smug look on his face, then came and knocked on my door.. once, twice and then the third time as if he was trying to knock the door down. First off- dont ever come to someones door and knock like you’re threatening them. I was in the shower. Had the cops come because who is going to let someone into your home who does that?! Lets be SO FOR REAL. Get your crappy overpriced things and be on your way. Should have listened to the reviews and steered clear because this was not worth the 1 missed payment of less than 500 dollars. Edit: after doing some thorough research, I probably shouldn’t have allowed them entry into my house without a court order however I will be filing an official grievance with corporate because they’re scare tactics with the cops as well as the threatening nature of the store manager seems to be against company policy amongst other things

I rented a twin bunk bed and mattress I did the 30 day for a dollar deal I didn't receive any thing until it was time to pay the full amount the first time they delivered they brought a full size twin size bunk bed with two full size mattress three weeks go by and the second time they bought a full size full size bunk with two twin size mattress I kept the mattresses and paid the first note on the mattresses and the washing machine however I waited another 3 weeks to get the new bunk bed frame twin size twin size finally I got a new frame from Walmart for $80 I paid the next note on the mattresses and washing machine the next week I checked my app and they had taken the mattresses off of the app and wouldn't allow me to pay for them anymore but they left the bunk bed frame on my account and the washing machine which I've continuously been paying now it's been another month since they were supposed to pick up the the bunk bed frame I finally set today for the to be able to get them to come out I seriously urge you not to go to the store in this location do not deal with them they're horrible salesman and they will mess you over they basically use me as a storage unit for their bunk bed after I told him come get it within the first month after this post everything was cleared up thank you Arron's

I rented a mattresses but soon realized I no longer needed it about a week later. I call them to come pick it up, and all they said was that the manager will call me back . I called back like three times for them to come pick it up and they just say the manager will call back to arrange a date. My question is why didn't they just arrange it when I called? This was in May and the mattress is still in my house. I'm not sure what the motive is but I'm not in the business of stealing rental furniture. I think it was a bad business practice and an attempt to frame an incident. I will have the mattress sent back but I have learned my lesson dealing with them.

I've dealt with Aaron's for years, paid a lot of stuff off and am now a Gold Card Member. The staff at the Houma,La. store are the best, very friendly and courteous, still do business with them, refuse to go anyplace else.

I put my order in September 7th for my washer and dryer. I was told it would be delivered in 7 days and Aaron’s would contact me. They have yet to contact me, it is September 22nd and I’m running out of clean clothes to wear lol. I will not ever go through Arron’s for anything else once this is paid off.
