Paid over $1000 for a couch from the south williamson ky location that i later discovered had bed bugs in it and they told me that because it was a full cash purchase there was nothing they could do about it. So definitely would not recommend buying any furniture from there cause now I'm out over $1000 and they won't replace it or give my money back.

A+ rental's van slammed into my brand new vehicle last Friday and refuses to give me the insurance information so that I can get my car fixed. So I am stuck waiting on the police report to be made available to me, while my car takes on more damage from rain because the door is so caved in. The driver admitted fault and I am still stuck waiting to get my personal property fixed because of his negligence. If this is how they treat me I would HATE to see how they treat their customers. This is regarding the South Williamson, KY brand, but I am sure since their district manager came out to the scene, she has a hand in refusing to help fix their wrong doing.
I have bought everything i own here love this place very friendly and helpful people !
