Abysmal. Have told this location for over a week now to come and get their items and instead, i get threatening letters, door hangs left on my vehicle with no one knocking on the door to acknowledge they are on my property. They also repeatedly keep driving through our fields destorying crops recently planted. Run fast and far from this location unless you want harrassed and bullied to pay triple for something you can get cheaper outright.

Absolutely rude! This company has called me several times looking for someone with the same name as me. Then, doubted that I was telling them the truth. They were looking for a person by the same name as me that lives in Kentucky while I live in Missouri. I don't know how they got my number but I didn't deserve to be treated rudely over the phone by Mike or left rude voicemails. If you have an address go find the right person - not call someone who doesn't even live in the same state!

My sister and I have been threatened and now being harassed because of an employee. I don't know his name all I know is he says his people's live out north winburn and as far as I know he is still employed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! He cussed in my house and wouldn't leave my house I literally had to push out my door. Rent a center did nothing and my couch is still broke not fixed
