Had me fill out everything and give them my banking info, lease, proof of income, references and banking statement. signed a contract with them. Get a call on delivery day with a story about how the boss wouldnt let it be delivered cuz my roomate is thru them even after they approved it on friday the week before. I will not be reccomending this company to anybody due to negligent customer service and lack of communication amongst staff

Rent a center is a great place to buy your stuff from. They worked with me so I could have my ps5 now I need to get another one.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. I’d go to Arona or Rent One. Not sure if it’s true or not but I’ve heard about bedbugs from multiple folks that have rented from them. Can’t really speak on that but my own experience I called to find info on certain items, all Kelly could respond was “I don’t know” to every question I asked. Literally asked 4 questions she used the same annoyed “I don’t know” response each time. Maybe they should put her in the back mopping floors. She’s not real good at what she soes

These guys are fantabulous!!! They are so nice professional & extremely helpful. Great with suggestions & if they don't have it they always manage to get it ordered & delivered fast! Very shady unprofessional staff. The guy named Wayne is a piece of work. Please read all the fine print before doing business with this place. Your paying 5 times what the items are worth. Beware!
