This rental company is incredibly efficient at one thing: taking your money. Transparency, accountability, and follow-through? Not so much. Charges appear with little explanation, promises vanish after payment clears, and getting real answers feels like chasing a ghost. If you enjoy surprise fees and unanswered questions, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, proceed with extreme caution including the manager JUSTIN SPARKS!
