It was very straightforward. Walked in, an employee was there to assist me within 20 seconds. I picked out what I wanted, the rental agreement was typed up within 25 minutes and I was out the door. I got the corduroy sofa. It's so comfortable but unnecessarily heavy ( manufacturer concern, not RAC's). I didn't want to rent furniture, we all know how the industry is, but I'm glad it was an option, an easy option.

They was amazing because they dropped off a ac that didn't work because it was used and then took the one that didn't work and gave me a brand new one!

The only issue I’m having (which is the reason for my 3/5 star rating); is the washing machine they brought does not work right. I’m going to have to call in the morning and see about getting a replacement. 😩 how inconvenient

Greatest experience looking for a chair. Late in the evening trying to get a chair because my son busted mine. money was not an issue. No salesmanship at all. Tried conversation even, I don't think it even mattered we were there.
