Sarah is AMAZING !!!!!! She is great she helps the customers in every way possible and goes above and beyond !!!!!! If u need anything I highly recommend Aaron’s!!! Kaylee is great as well she has been so great with me she has went out of her way to help me with everything I need !!! Sarah and kaylee are great !!!!

The guys are great there. I have purchased quite a few items there and loved everything I got. They are very professional and they will help u anyway possible to make sure u have a great experience with them. The drivers are very professional as well. The delivery driver Mr. Dylan who delivered my couch today was great and very polite. The sales manager mr. cody is awesome and knows his stuff. The store manager Mr. Steven is always polite. Ms Crystal is friendly.I will definitely keep coming back for great deals and awesome service

Currently, the supervisors are extremely rude. They hang up and call from different numbers. If you are late on a payment they will fraudulently keep any card you pay with on file that way they can run it each day to try and catch a payment. They have a problem with accepting cash. This has happened after repeatedly telling them to take a certain card off file. They continued to run it. They have no issue with putting an auto payment at the end of the month so they can get as many late fees as possible. I am a person who pays bills on time; however, this establishment has no desire to allow a customer to get the best out of the“rent to own” experience. I’ll never utilize this company again. One is better off paying out of pocket to gain whatever appliances they need.

Bought a zero turn mower from Aaron's and paid it off and it's still running great. I would buy from them again. 😁

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They gouge the customer! Was treated horribly by "general manager" Yes, I was totally behind on payments, I fully understand that. However, that does NOT give HER or ANYONE the privilege to treat a customer like dirt! Especially when I was willing to provide them with my credit card information so they could charge my account on Friday. In the end I would NEVER recommend Aaron's rentals to anyone! Their prices are outrageous ($1,650.00 for a otherwise cheap curio cabinet) ($500 for a 38" regular, no bells no whistles TV) total gouging! And you do end up selling your soul! Its so much less expensive to buy used off of FB marketplace! Save your money and dignity and go elsewhere!
