When I speak with Steve or Micheal, they are very kind, professional people. However, I have spoke with a guy named Nick and Cody, and they are hateful, rude, and disrespectful. I have no problem paying them their little 20$-30$, But what they’re not gonna do is disrespect me or be rude or hateful to me on the phone. There is a proper way to speak to people, and there is a proper way not to speak to people and what you’re not about to do is talk to me less than. They need to take a hard look at their tone and their attitude, especially working in a business

I’ve been doing business with you for years and pay my payment sometimes three days early.tired to get switch 2 and because my son didn’t pay for his holding me accountable I m not responsible for what my son does. Called talk to the Manager Michael he put me on hold then hung up on me called back talk to Nick said I shut door in his face he stopped by looking for my son I told him he’s not home he turned to walk back to truck then I closed my door. I went to rent to own got switch and will take my business there. I recommend you got rent from R2O better weekly prices friendly employees
