Jesse made it clear today he is all about the new sale. Took a whole day to get a non-technician to tell me something was wrong with my washer. A replacement was offered but 5 days from the time it was reported. But man miss that payment by one day and they knocking at your door the next. Jesse and his crew from hazard is a joke!

I really have nothing bad at all I can say I really appreciate everything they did to help me make it easy and I most definitely will get more stuff in the future!!!! The people at the hazard ky rent-a-center are GREAT!!!!!

We’ve had a whirlpool washer and dryer set for a little over a year. We have always made our payments on time as it is set up on autopay. Not only did my address not get updated TWICE within a few days time, my washer and dryer are both broke and nobody has come to fix it or even offered a temporary replacement. Upon updating my address, it wasn’t done correctly, and the drivers were sent to the wrong one by Connor. I have four kids and it’s also right before the holidays. I always upheld Rent-A-Center until this has happened.
