Only giving one star so I can leave a comment. This place sucks. Inexperienced people work here. Tore half of the front of my house off to try and get a washer and dryer in I told them to turn them the other direction and got it wont fit we measured it. So when I got home I measured it and there was plenty of room and they went right in after they finally listened to me. Then the washer just quit working I called to tell them no answer at first then the phone went to busy signal. They finally answered said they'd call me back with a pickup time never called got a text then next day saying they'd be there from 1 to 3 the next day. Next day gets here no one showed up mind you I'm at work so I have to have someone at my house waiting for them. I get home around 530 that day call them the guy on the phone says hell call the driver and have him stop by. I never told him who I was so he knew exactly why I was calling. Then I had to leave so my son stayed there saw the guy driving up and down the road so he chased him down to tell him where our house is. Only to get told yeah I know I was debating if I wanted to stop or not. These people are dirty they need showers. Cody and the old team from rent a center were amazing these new people are not.

And to get a new phone and some other things.They tell me I don't qualify for for it, because I have to be at a certain level with them, 9 years doing business with them, a lot of money spent there to be treated like this. Bought a TV as well as a laptop from here. NEVER AGAIN!!!! AS SOON AS THE TV WAS PAID OFF I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH IT! IT REFUSES TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET, BUT YET MY OTHER TV THAT I BOUGHT FROM WALMART ALWAYS STAYS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!!! AND THE LAPTOP IS THE EXACT SAME WAY NOW THAT ITS PAID OFF! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY RENT-A-CENTER AGAIN!!!! THEY'RE STUFF WORKS WHILE YOUR PAYING ON IT, BUT AFTERWARDS IT GOES TO SHIT!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST GO BUY ONE AT WALMART!!!! THESE PLACES ARE A JOKE!!!!!!! AND I ENDED UP PAYING TRIPLE WHAT THE DAMN TV IS WORTH!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scott and Cody are amazing! They helped me get all the furniture I wanted for a really good payment and fast. My living room is my dream living room now. Thank you guys
Don't... Just don't. You will pay over 3 or more times the cost for an item. They will take advantage of your inability to purchase up front with interest rates that should be illegal. And the items you purchase are inferior Chinese junk that will not last and once you spend years paying off this junk you have nothing but empty pockets. They have very limited selection of even decent electronics and furniture... The warranty is a joke, and the staff is more like loan sharks rather that retail.
