I've been doing business at Triad for 20 years and have never had an issue. Doug and his employees have always been very professional and ready to help. I especially like the "90 days, same a cash" option. I would highly recommend this business.

***Update Needed a fridge on Saturday and walked in the store where I met Dixie! She was amazing at explaining and showing the different styles, she got me all set up and when it was delivered the drivers were even more helpful showing me how to replace a water filter, controls, water line hookups etc. They were polite, knowledgeable, and even went over the paperwork so I would know what to pay. When it comes to acquiring furniture, appliances etc and good services....Triad is the way to go!!!! Triad is awesome! They have such friendly non pushy staff and I like that! They are very helpful and want you to succeed in owning. The best part is I don't have to leave my home to mail a payment ...you can call right over the phone. Tara is so sweet and helpful and the guys they love to joke around and are amazing too. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have bought many items from here, love the same as cash option, and free delivery. I always receive excellent customer service, Doug at the Ottawa location is the best. I will continue to go back to them, and have been a customer for 4 years now.
