I had to replace my washing machine and was able to find one at Mike's rent to own in Hutchinson with the help from Denver and his great salesmanship, Janelle and Christina for thier great customer service and also Seth and Tomas for fast, friendly and knowledgeable delivery and pick up service. Thankful and grateful for all of you!🤗❤️🙏🏽
Thomas and Seth did an amazing job! They had excellent communication and called ahead, which I really appreciate. They moved the couch in and assembled it perfectly. They were very friendly and professional throughout. The couch came with the pillows which I love! We always have a fantastic experience with Mike’s. Highly recommend!
I have previously purchased several items from the Hutchinson store, including a washer and dryer set, an adjustable bed with a mattress, and part of a portable dishwasher. In those earlier transactions, I was treated fairly, and I appreciated that the company worked with me because of my transportation issues and disabilities. Because of that positive history, I was surprised and disappointed by how my more recent experience was handled. I expected better communication, clearer information, and more respect for my time and circumstances. I hope the company takes customer service concerns seriously and handles future situations more carefully. I had put down a deposit on a special order and the sold that order out from under me and won't return the deposit. The Wichita store is lying and stating I broke the contract which is not the case and I have proof. I asked for communication on this and no one has responded. Previously I had been very impressed with Mike's and would have recommended them and if it was just 1 store and not the main store in Hutchinson involved too. I would still recommend them highly but since when I contacted the Hutchinson store but phone and email there was no response, I can't in good conscience do so, it breaks my heart to be honest.

Toby and Thomas did a great job installing my grandmother's chair. At one point they had to maneuver through a tight space with the chair, and they aced it! Thank you guys!

Y'all are the best rental company around hands down! I just recently got a tv and a few other things from y'all, but what I want to talk about is the tv situation I had going on. So my man for black friday got a deal on a tv and speaker set and well they bring it over yesterday and the speaker doesn't want to connect to the tv. So they end up coming and going for hours trying to figure out what's going on, bc they knew it could connect to a tv bc they just did it at the store just fine. So they kept trying to connect it to the tv but with the remote this time. Still nothing, sound was still going through the tv. So they say ok well we will leave the speaker with y'all and see if we need to just replace the tv or not instead of worrying about the speaker. So they come over this morning with a brand new tv for me and they get it all set up, they hand me the manual for the tv and remote which will definitely help. They get it all connected and talked me through it the whole time while they were connecting everything for me. So I know exactly what to do if I need to do it on the tv and speaker, which is very nice bc not gonna lie I didn't know how to use the speaker yesterday and I sure didn't know everything I needed to know about the tv😅. But no worries now! We good! Tv looks amazing! Speaker is fantastic! Ice Nine Kills sounds amazing on it so I'm here for it! 😎🔥

Micah leckliter has always been very helpful. Always very polite and helpful whether it’s on the phone or in person. The delivery guys did a great job when bringing our new washer out. Never have had a bad experience here.
