I can not say enough good things about this rent a center! Especially David!always Helpful, they work with you and always cheerful! I would recommend them above all other furniture rental places! Just remember communication is key! Keep them informed and they go above and beyond with service!

Awesome associates at the Oskaloosa location. Very personable and professional staff.
Honestly don't even want to give them one star was a huge fan rented for several years from this company until today when I was told that my account was banned simply because an employee didn't like the friend who walked into the store with me absolutely pathetic that they base their sales based on people that they choose to like or don't like thought it was a business not a personal choice guess I'll take my sales elsewhere and tell everyone about the poor service that I received along with the corporate office wont be renting from Rent-A-Center ever again

I'm very happy with my delivery today they did a great job with my bedroom bed frame and clean up after they were done with the job thank you guys very much

My available weekly credit amount went from 5499 to 2499 and nothing whatsoever, had a changed with my financial situation so I was a bit perplexed, consternated puzzled and yes, a bit offended. I was going to get a nice computer through there store. However, 2499 is not enough enough to get a nice computer from them! I may decide to purchase a recliner from them if we can be congenial and work out a reasonable deal. Lots for 17.99 a week so I get paid monthly so that would be approximately 72$ a month.
