Rent-A-Center has gone seriously downhill since the last time I used them several years ago. The difference in customer service is night and day. When Luis was the manager, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely willing to work with customers. I completed several purchases during his time there and never had issues. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. My recent experience involved rude and harassing behavior, and I was even accused of providing a false address, despite the fact that Rent-A-Center had already successfully delivered to my home. That information should have been documented, and staff should have been aware of it before making accusations. The lack of professionalism and basic communication was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on how customers are treated.
My dresser got dropped on delivery and they gave me a whole new dresser and let me keep the old one they are very professional and deserve your business
I've used RAC in the past. Hoping this time I get the same great experience.
The dryer door broke when it was delivered. The manager said they would order another one to replace it. The number online is disconnected and I went in to ask about it and all the manager said is it’s been ordered nothing else. Still haven’t heard from them. I’ve gone through rent a center multiple times and this is the worse service I’ve ever had. I’ll be paying this off in the next month and won’t be coming back.
The new manager is outstanding and so is the team. They work very hard in getting your merchandise delivered and go out of their way to take care of your needs. The District Manager Scott is very professional, knowledgeable and exemplary customer service.
