Then to racialy discriminate against me cause I'm unemployed but my wife has income. Then to top it all off lie to my wife about having an item then saying she should've been faster...PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GO TO ARONA TELL THEM JOSEPH SENT YOU!!! SHIW THEM THIS REVIEW. These people help get back on track and set you up for excellence. I would give more than 5 stars. Like 5.5 stars and here come the critics.

The mason city ia location is a joke. The manager acts like he's better than everyone else, I've seen him talk to customers like they are dumb and don't know what they want and when they try to talk he talks over them and will not let them get a word in until he's done talking. The store is ran very poorly and don't feel like I'm "family" like I should.

I was wondering a television for a Christmas bonus to myself. The online choices had some good bargains. The contact person at the store closest to me was slow about getting back to me. I almost wondered if they were going to call at all. They were not informative about the TV that I was wishing to purchase and then I downsized to a different model and they told me they had a different model and didn't explain to me the difference between the two. For me to make a purchase ,a large purchase, I want to know all about the item that I am purchasing. I asked what the difference was between the two TVs and they didn't respond. I later canceled my purchase and decided it's best if I just shop locally and not on line. I was ready to spend some money and they weren't too interested is the feeling I got. I would not recommend the store that I was working with.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I have rented from other companies completing multiple contracts and have NEVER had any problems such as the ones I've had with this specific store in the first month! There are other rental companies in the area, I suggest you go to them instead. My AUTO PAYMENTS were supposed to have been scheduled for Thursday's. They didn't try to take it out until Saturday and then wanted to degrade me over the phone like I was the irresponsible person when they didn't set it up on the correct day or at least admit to having a miscommunication. Lied to me and said everyone has to pay on Saturday's, corporate told me otherwise, when I mentioned this again his story changed! I attempted to look at my contract I signed digitally to see where the Saturday agreement was and was no longer able to view it. First he told me I should be able to view it, and then said I wasn't able to view it because my payment was late. hmm. I called corporate because this is unacceptable and I have a ticket number, they refuse to wait the two days for corporate to settle this. Probably just mad that corporate is now going to be on them, hopefully anyways. All over $50! Aaron's is a great place to go!
