They (idk who particularly I spoke to) act rude/agitated when you call seeking communication about approval and or delivery. poor customer service but quick to take first payment. Plus side, the store is organized in appearance. the short girl behind counter was polite in person I’m not sure if she was one of those who were rude over phone while I was polite and only seeking updates only called about once a week so it’s not like I was bombarding them either

Awful experience. I wouldn’t even recommend renting a dog bed from this place. Went in on a Wednesday and was helped by Brian who is apparently the store manager. Got all the way through the app and paid our money and were set up for a Monday delivery. Was told all they needed to do was call my references. Fast forward to Friday where I still had not heard back from anyone and my references said they were not contacted yet. I called the store to see what was going on because it was nearing the end of the work day. The man that answered knew absolutely NOTHING about anything and said he needed to get a manager. Jessica, I believe it was, picked up and said she had a family emergency the day prior and was held up verifying my application but she would have it done by the end of day as long as my references answered the phone. I receive a call about 15 to 20 minutes later and am told they can’t go forward with my app until I provide 3 additional references, I had put 2 down when we met with the store manager as I didn’t have any other people to write down and nothing was ever told to me that wouldn’t be sufficient. He even signed the bottom of the app and did all the complete steps after he scanned my app as if to finalize the deal. I said I didn’t have anyone else to put and questioned why the store manager didnt say anything. She got snippy and said she didnt know but she had higher ups to answer to and she would call me back after speaking to who? You guessed it! The store manager. She said she needed permission to process application with fewer than needed references. Fine. Calls my first reference with no problems and never even tried contacting my second reference. Calls back and says she couldn’t reach all my references and that without having at least 2 additional people she cant process it. I said I would take my business elsewhere and ended the call. I realized I needed to ask about having my money refunded to me so I called back and I was told I had to speak to Brian. Oh yippee!! He gets on the phone and tells me he’d really like to do business with me and still has me on Mondays schedule as long as I can give two more references. I told him I didnt have any and asked why he didnt mention this when we filled out the application. He said that he already told me if the lady processing the application needed anything else she would reach out, and she needs two more references. I said I’m taking my business elsewhere and he said again that he’d like to keep my business if I can provide two more references. I stated I don’t have them and I’m taking my business elsewhere and he said he would process my refund. So wait, the store manager takes your application, reviews the application, signs off on it for processing, takes a payment from me, and puts me on the delivery schedule……all to have his “processing girl” call to tell me she has to clear it with the store manager for approval to do the rental. So….as in the same store manager who received and reviewed my application and said nothing about needing the extra references?!?!?! Nope. I’m good.

My wife and I stop in one day just to check things out and see what it was all about. We were greeted with respect from Brian and Jessica. They walked us around showing what they had to offer. We finally decided on couch sectional. Delivered the next week. Love how respectful they were with delivery and set up. Six months later down the road we stopped back in and decided to see if there was different couch because we were not liking the way the one couch looked in our living room. Brian had something there that was perfect so we ended up exchanging/trading for different one. Also got a new tv in the process. Now recently we stop needing a new washer/dryer. Brian said we just got the new GE washer/dryer combo in and that is something we wanted to try to save room. They delivered the next week Brian came with to deliver it and make sure it was delivered safe (also they are not light). Fast forward I will continue to do business with them paired to other big store places that only deal in certain things. Always love the respect they give us and not trying to force us into something we don’t want or not sure on. They will also work with you to find what you want. If they don’t have it they will find it and order it for you!

omg folks if you don't know about this place you have to go check them out. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Jessica has wonderful customer service and she really tries to help you find what you want. The store manager Brian is very explaining down to the very bottom. I will forever do business there as long as Jessica and Brian are there. they need recognized for all there dedication and hard work. I wish I could give you guys more then 5 stars you so deserve it!!!

This store really goes beyond to look for what you need. The give you the best prices and they work with you. They are friendly and awesome people. Especially Jessica, whose personality is amazing. Her smiling face always makes you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend.
