I also know Felicia can get down to business when things are abused.. I've spent over $25,000 over the five years with Arona based on bank records. So I consider the store family not just a transaction. Felicia runs the store with Respect if you walk into a Rent A Center you can tell the difference between the two stores. The staff inside work just as hard. I hope these reviews mean something not just a way to criticize. I think higher ups need to look at your customers the way Felcia does not just a transactions. The approach with people can be different.
