I want to start by saying my whole process was so easy from being on the phone to get delivery done and even being able to add an extra piece to my home was effortless! Then the two guys who delivered my furniture were great they were quick and did everything effortless I have a tiny hall to my living space they managed to not scratch a wall it was fantastic I wish I knew how to spell their names but I’d rather not butcher them! My furniture was delivered 01/17/26 around 2pm I hope they see this and get rewarded because they were fantastic!!

David is absolutely 💯 a very well established Manager. I am not sure of his title in New Haven. But he is always there running that location as he owns it. Great at dealing with people. And seen him hand to hand train people, and deal with customers at the same time. And delivers a fine balance. Employees that work for him are also very professional. You all as a TEAM are doing a great job.

I found out after my first review that they have fixed rates no interest in to of the price listed, what see on the tag is what you pay. They work with you so you can keep your stuff. They are great people here, they really are. No surprises.
