I recently had a baby premature and hit hard times, we were struggling to make ends meet and were having to decide on taking things back, we got an extension first, but still were struggling, Jayden, the store manager, worked with us and helped us out tremendously. The staff here is always so kind and to be shown kindness when we’re struggling meant so much to us. We will continue to be customers here just because of how kind and understanding they are. Give ALL of them a raise. They deserve it. I can’t recall anywhere I’ve been treated so kindly and with so much understanding.

Very good customer service. No credit checks! You can rent furniture or appliances or rent to own. My central air had stopped working, and I needed an air conditioner fast! So I went to the rent a center on Broad Street in New Castle. This place is called Myers. It's a smaller branch of the Rent a Center off of Hwy 3. They were very nice and helpful. I paid like $28 and went home with a brand new air conditioner. I on l y needed it for about 3 weeks. So I was able to take it back and return it. They gave me no problems and told me I could come back any time!

Will never purchase from Rent A Center ever again! Went to pay off my washer on the 6 mo same as cash option. Store closed at 6 pm on Friday went back Saturday morning at 9 am and they didn't open until 10 went back at 10 only to be told that offer ended at midnight.Now want an extra $100 to pay off. Hope their $100.makes them happy because they just missed out selling me a dryer

We bought a used couch and loveseat. When it was delivered it was extremely nasty I even told them and it wasn't a big deal to them. They were infested with bedbugs. I got rid of them. I have things I have to pay off but we will never buy from them again. They want to argue about them not having them

Very nice. Very fast. Very easy. Didn’t have what I wanted in stock but they found one about half an hour away and was able to pick it up same day
