The staff there was very courteous and very helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them working with me On figuring out what would be the best fit for my living room. I’m very satisfied with what I got and yes, I would purchase from them again
The stop in the store were very informed and present, but not pushy or overbearing. There was a good selection on the showroom floor. I like shopping in person, so this made selecting our furniture a nice experience. The delivery guys were very patient and helpful. I actually had to remove a door to get the furniture to fit in the room I wanted and they did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience. So far, it's been a good experience purchasing from American Rental.

Staff was helpful. They were able to answer questions that I had. The delivery crew was awesome. They set up the washer/dryer and made sure everything was working and balanced
I have payed off a few items.. Devon, Paul and Adam are awesome.. I had to have a major surgery.. American rental texted me n was inquiring how I was doing.. I have not one time had a issue with any of the sales rep.. they are professional but yet caring.. I would highly recommend American Rental..
