Eric and the staff are excellent. They are genuinely helpful and pleasant to talk to. They do an amazing job. I got my couch there and paid it off. Now I have a really nice bed from there and it's almost paid off. I'll be getting a TV after the bed. Thank you to the staff and Eric for being so gracious and kind.

Quick and easy and super knowledgeable staff and management. They know they stuff and got me what I needed with little to no hassle. In and out. Can’t complain, even got next day delivery. Ten of ten experience w a five star review!

Eric is one of the best store managers around always friendly and willing to help with anything you want in the store I have purchased lots of stuff from Eric over there years and I will continue to do so everything I have purchased has always suited me

I was going to update my previous review after Eric contacted me with a way for everyone to end up happy to 5 stars but I’m glad I didn’t. I was told I’d get a call back Thursday and it’s been over a month since then. Customer service is clearly lacking. After I pay off my item I won’t be back.

Very stressful experience, corporate still haven't called me. My receipt says I got change but I didn't. Paid cash. Additionally, The owner tells me they will replace the missing screws but Then delivery guy literally was going to leave my frame like this. Next time, I'll shop somewhere else like American freight.

Customer service is good but their suppliers take forever to sent them replacement items. I got a e-bike from them and it was vandalized while I was at work. It has been over 3 weeks and no reply yet when it will be able to be replaced. Eric and the entire team have been very helpful with everything. I wish their suppliers where better at being on time.
