WOW! The staff were so wonderful and very polite. Shannon made sure she found me the best deal that would fit my budget. The delivery staff were also very helpful and very diligent in the attention to detail and were very mindful in not damaging the property.

This unprofessional lady Shannon keeps calling and harrasing me over an account that’s not mine. She even went out her way to text me from her personal phone being unprofessional. If I asked to removed my number off the contact list if I didn’t know the person that’s what she should’ve did. Instead she calling and texting from other numbers playing on my phone! That’s so weird and unprofessional! She sat and told me all this person personal business after I mentioned multiple times I don’t know this person and even gave me the person telephone number. I’m pissed off because stop playing on people phones before I have to visit the store myself.

Management was very helpful in finding what I wanted in different stores because this store is small so they can’t have as much on display as the bigger stores. The movers were professional and prompt showing up when they said they would and being mindful of my dwelling and the merchandise being delivered always a pleasure

The staff are amazing the manager worked with me to get everything I needed within my budget and delivered it on time and everyone was super friendLY hands down they are way better then RAC OR AARON'S. THEY HAVE MY VOTE The manager Shannon is awesome!!!!

My favorite local rent-to-own shop!! They have brand new high quality home furnishings and appliances! Gaming PC’s and huge home audio/bluetooth speakers!!! Most of the stuff in store is about $100-$300 off internet value too! I paid $350 for a $600 speaker!! Ended up getting a second one for work too 😆

Been going here off and on for alot of years I went here when it was call giants ,with Maria, Shannon is awesome she so sweet as if we been best friends for years if we are in there and she is helping someone else she will let you k ow she will be right with you and her whole team us awesome very kind thanks Shannon and crew I will tell others for sure

Everything started off good. The furniture quality itself was decent and delivery happened quickly at first. Unfortunately, the issues began with payment agreements and communication. We were told monthly payments, agreed to pay on a set date, and then later were told payments were bi-weekly…even when we paid early. Payment amounts changed from month to month without clear explanation, and then we were told we were “behind,” even though payments were being taken from our bank account and we also made cash payments. Our first bed set arrived broken, and it took months to get a replacement. We were told it was our fault for “not answering the phone,” but we never received calls. The only way the issue got resolved was by going into the store in person…twice. What’s most frustrating is that bank statements and receipts didn’t match what the store claimed was paid, even though the money clearly came out of our account. The lack of consistent billing and clear communication made the experience stressful and confusing. This could be a good company with better transparency and consistent payment terms, but right now the billing practices and record-keeping need serious improvement.

Everyone was so nice. The process was quick and easy. I was shocked when my order was delivered immediately.

Lol what a joke. Service started out good. But that was about it. Delivery team didn't know what they were doing. Had to micro manage on how to carry something without damaging house or furniture. We're told from the beginning it wasn't permanent cause I'd rather pay cash than pay their outages prices for pressed wood furniture. Manager puts words in your mouth that you never said and was completely rude. Couldn't get my pay weeks right so it was a mess. Tell her dates you get paid and she swears you told her different dates. Didn't even mentioned the dinged up door frame when they came and got everything but corporate will know. You should not be moving furniture if you don't know what your doing. Highly recommend using the store in Franklin or attica. And save any messages from this manager cause she'll tell you completely different. I think they need to do drug tests cause clearly shows they just hire anybody.
