So, I am requesting the phone conversation from our call on Tuesday July 7th, 2026 @ 5:09 pm. In indiana, as one of the parties of the phone conversation I am able to request you give me the recording. I am not behind on payments, but this weeks and next weeks payments were going to end up putting me behind. I called to schedule an "appointment" for my payments to be all caught up on Tuesday July 21st, 2026. Something that I've had to do before since i have paper paychecks. This time tho. I had an unexpected expense so i had to overdraw my account to pay rent this month. I explained this on the phone. Told them the bed broke immediately (when i got the courage to try it over a year after it arrived) and i have been paying for a bedframe basically this entire time too afraid to try it. It was all set and yall reran the payment July 8th, 2026 which caused my bank account to be negative even more and resulted in another overdraft fee. MIND YOU, YOU SOLD ME A BEDFRAME THAT THE SUPPORT IS LITERAL PLYWOOD. You people delivered the bedframe with zero instructions to put the bed together. I paid someone to put it together. I hadn't actually put my bed on it for over a year bc something told me it would break immediately bc of how cheap the wood is. I have been waiting to save up to pay someone to reinforce it so I could use it safely and the 3 grand im basically paying for it wouldn't go to waste. Last week i decided to jsut go for it. I am not a bed builder, i was hoping i was just a girl. It broke as soon as i laid down to test it. I am bringing the bedframe back this upcoming week and I will need that requested phone conversation. The funny thing about it, I would have been able to pay this weeks payment and next week payment this upcoming Tuesday July 14th, 2026 had yall not done that. I ended up working 5 hours overtime which was going to fully make me good to pay yall this upcoming Tuesday till yall did that. typical humans now adays. Someone literally told you they won't even be able to feed themselves for two weeks so they are arranging to catch up on payments in two weeks. I should have just brought the bed back but i didnt want to break it taking it down bc i didnt even put it together. I have ALWAYS paid. I may not have had money in that account but i always had money put away on my cashapp for this $12.77. Yall did this to me for $12.77. When I called the store to speak to a manager before I got with my lawyer and bank on this, Dennis said "im just a sales persons" well Dennis i dont care if you are just a sales person, you can put me on the phone with someone who.....put me on hold without a word then yall left me on hold till I hung up. This was on Friday July 10th, 2026 when I realized what you did. This place is legitimately a scam and they sell the lowest quality of shit. I just wanted my bed off the ground after my metal bedframe broke in a move. I will NEVER be purchasing anything from these people again. I got a washing a dryer unit, brand new, 4 years ago. Not able to use them after the 3rd year. Btw Dennis, you take payments. You are not just a sales person.

Bought a washer for my new apartment,they dropped it off and left quickly. When I opened the lid there were so many baby roaches crawling inside of it. SO NASTY!! They offered to trade it in for another instead of giving me a refund because I had already paid in full for it. Do not go here!! The manager blamed the workers and was not very kind/helpful. Thankfully it did not infest my apartment.

So I have a laptop with these guys and I called then last week or so asking for a payoff amount. The employee I spoke to told me it was paid off with my last payment. So I go on thinking it's done. They call me today saying my payment declined recently I proceed to tell them the employee I spoke to said it was paid off and she said that's not correct. She explained how I signed a contract and as I told her I know this and planned to pay off last week. But the employee told me I was good and explained how she should honor that. I know I'm a manager of my store and when an employee tells a customer something I honor that then train the employee on what they did wrong before the next customer. My point being is this location is not a good company as they don't do right by people even if you have paid them 1000s for stuff over the years. Definitely don't recommend them anymore.
