I would never recommend going to this store. Stepheny is the worse store manager that I have ever seen. I had an iPad that I was paying on and my toddler broke it . So we asked to have it one time get it fixed. We took it in March and they took it to their 3rd party store to get it fixed. Months pass I ask how much longer it going to be because I'm paying on it and it's not done. I don't get an extra iPad to use while the iPad is getting worked on. They say I will call and ask to see what's happening with it and I never get a call back what's happening . 1 or 2 months pass and Stepheny is out of the office for awhile . Since she is out of the office. I call to ask to see what's happening with the iPad they say the same thing. I will call the 3rd party see what's happening with the iPad. Well guess what never heard back if they found out if it was going to be fixed soon. Then Dominic tells me over the phone that I will not have to pay on the iPad until I get it back and he will take the balance that would be past due . Clear it so I don't have to pay it. Well I call the next week ask how long it would be to pay off the other iPad I have . They take that payment I just put towards that one iPad I have at my house and they slit it for the both of the iPad without saying anything to me. And I got told Stepheny is back and now I have to pay on the iPad is broken. Now I'm behind because they keep on telling me thing and they switch to a different thing. Stepheny told my husband is our fault that we don't have the iPad because our toddler broke it . And also we may not ever get the iPad back from the 3rd party.

I did love shopping here. This was until they sent my furniture home with some additional critters that cost lots of money to get rid of. They paid for it. However I will never shop or buy from here again. It was nice to have free shipping and setup. Not now! Be careful with the creepy crawlies.

The store manager Kimberly harasses me daily.she calls before 9am because my daughter lost the keys to an electric bike we rented when she could easily order new keys. I would not recommend going here when you could easily go down the road and have more selection.

Very nice and helpful. They've been so understanding since my mom passed and were finally able to get caught up bc of their help. They are excellent ppl and staff.

New staff sucks. I called Wednesday and asked what my pay off was. The guy told me they would run my card for the pay off. I called today to asked why it wasn’t done and was told no one set it up. Then she rushed to get off the phone. I call back because I absolutely love the store manager and she still wasn’t back. This other lady takes 20 years to pick up the phone then hangs up on me! WTH
