I initially had no issue with the products themselves, but the customer service and handling of my account have been extremely frustrating. I was informed by the store that I needed to make 3 payments before being allowed to return the merchandise, yet my signed agreement clearly states that the lease can be terminated at any time by returning the items and paying any amounts currently due. When I asked for clarification, I received inconsistent answers and continued collection calls instead of assistance scheduling a return. I have since escalated the matter to corporate/divisional management because I simply want the agreement handled according to the written contract terms. I hope management improves communication and ensures customers receive accurate information regarding their agreements.

I just want to share how amazing our experience was with Aaron's, especially thanks to Griselle. We had just moved from Texas, and everything felt overwhelming, especially on our very first day. Griselle truly made things so much easier for us. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to help us find the right furniture within our budget. She handled everything so smoothly, which meant a lot during such a stressful time. It meant a lot to see someone go above and beyond to make our transition comfortable. I’m really grateful for her help and would definitely recommend asking for Griselle if you visit!

Giselle, D’Essa, Jessica are very friendly, professional, Thorough, knowledgeable people. Always greets you with a warm welcoming smile ! Great place to lease anything you need.
